Part a gathering of friends and part celebration, the California Country Social gathers each year at Fond Object in East Nashville for AmericanaFest. The backyard of Fond Object merges a west coast shindig with a Tennessee jamboree, providing music, food, and drink. The California Country Social presents a musical family from around the globe with an accent on the talent found in the music of California Country. The California Country Social is a partnership between The Alternate Root Magazine and California Country Records, home to CALICO the band, Alice Wallace, Ted Russell Kamp, and Sounding Arrow.
