After the LA River Ride has dispersed, come down to Highland Park for the First Annual Hootenanny at Fig Earth Supply for an afternoon and evening of amazing music. I'm playing a short set with the fine Ben Peeler. Acts include Jen Oberle and Steve Fekete, Michael Miller, We Are the West, Luke and Laura, Eleni Mendell, Chris Paul Overall, XTC Appreciation Society, Bebopulula, Simon Petty, Paul Adelstein, Mike Viola, Ullysses S Grant, and the Beatles Jam Band with special guests. All proceeds goto the Natural Resources Defense Council. $20 suggested donation includes food, beer, wine and drinks.
